Accomplished pianist and choral director, Mirca Rosciani received her diploma in piano studies from the Conservatorio L. Refice and a degree in Partitura from the Conservatorio di Santa Cecilia in Rome. In addition, Mirca has attended numerous courses of post graduate piano studies in Paris and Nice under the direction of Jean Fassina, noted Professor of Sostituto from the l’Accademia d’Arte Lirica of Orsino where he studied under the tutelage of professor Enza Ferrari. Ms. Rosciani studied orchestral conducting under Daniele Agiman.
Since 1999, Mirca has regularly served as collaborative pianist with the Rossini Opera Festival, and from 2006 – 2015 with the l’Accademia Rossiniana under Director Alberto Zedda. In addition she has collaborated with the Teatro della Fortuna of Fano, l’Opera Giocosa of Savona, the Festival Pergolesi of Spontini, the Teatro della Muse of Ancona, the Teatro Argentina of Rome and with numerous world renown international singers such as Luciana Serra, Raina Kabalwanska, Lella Cuberli, Nicola Alaimo and Marina Comparato.
Since 2011, Ms. Rosciani has served as chorus director of the Teatro della Fortuna, “M. Agostini” of Fano, and has performed numerous operas such as Carmen, Rigoletto, Elisir d’Amore, Il Barbiere di Siviglia as well as featured presentations such as Beethoven ‘s Nona, Orff’s Carmina Burana, Dvorak’s Te Deum, Rossini’s La Petite Messe Solennelle, and the symphonic choral concerts of the Corte Malatestiana of Fano that are presented in their concert season presentations. Since 2002, Mirca has been vocal preparatory coach for the l’Accademia d’Arte Lirica of Orsino and for the l’Accademia “Voci del Montefeltro”. In 2010, she was invited as vocal coach of Italian lyric repertoire at the l’Accademia of the Teatro Mariinsky in St. Petersburg. In 2014 she collaborated as a vocal preparatory coach of Mozart repertoire with the Centro Placido Domingo del Palau de Les Artes of Valencia. Ms. Rosciana had her debut as orchestra director in Florence in 2013 and in 2015 she played and directed Rossini’s La Petite Messe Solennelle in Fano and in 2016 directed Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater with the Gioachino Orchestra and Vivaldi’s Gloria with the orchestra Cameristi of Montefeltro.
